We’re seeking an energetic experienced Lead Line Cook to prepare and present menu items to the standards set by the chef. This person will be responsible for organizing prepared items needed for the service line. He/she will prepare items for standardized recipes and will familiarize themselves with the assembly and presentation of all menu items. Additionally he/she will maintain open and effective communication with orders. He/she will directly supervise other back of house staff in absence of the General Manager.

This is a Monday-Friday position 6am - 4pm or as needed.
